The 2021 Manawatū-Whanganui Schools MTB Competition is organised by the Manawatū Mountain Bike Club (MMBC) in partnership with Sport Manawatū and the Palmerston North City Council.

MMBC believes that by presenting a Regional Schools MTB Competition we will be able to inspire interest in the sport and facilitate the continued growth of mountain biking at the intermediate and secondary school level.

The event will be conducted over three days, all within the Arapuke Forest Park. The disciplines on offer include: Cross Country (Individual and team), Enduro and Downhill. The trails chosen will offer an opportunity for those new to the sport, to compete with confidence and also offer enough challenge for those more experienced riders.

The focus is to offer a fun, safe and challenging event that will inspire growth in the sport and develop a solid foundation for participation at North Island and National Schools MTB championships

When entering you will be asked to select your School. If your school is already in the dropdown list you can select that. If not, create a new school and then all your other school mates will be able to select it when entering.
