Sunday Shuttles at Lismore, with timed runs down Terra Firma.
Three tracks operating - Terra Firma - grade 5 (1.5km), Troupers - grade 4 (2.2km enduro) and Humpty Dumped Me - grade 3+. $25* gets you shuttles plus a race plate with transponder for timed runs down Terra firma. Not wanting a time? $20* still buys shuttles and access to all tracks. All riders have to be either a member of Whanganui MTB Club and another Cycling NZ affiliated Club. Why you ask? Lismore is a private working forest. If your hot brake pads start a fire, you pay, therefore public liability insurance is required for every rider. Cycling New Zealand affiliated clubs have this insurance. New members are welcome to join on the day - $20 junior, $30 adult and $50for a family.
Max number of shuttlers will be capped at 35.
