Evelyn will offer her vast experiece from years on the World Triathlon circuit on many aspects of your training and racing, of if you are a beginner, she will offer you a starting point on how to maximise your enjoyment of the Ocean Swim and Splash and Dash Series and how to swim efficiently and effectively over long distances.
