Welcome to the post-pandemic world. We acknowledge the stress that the nation has been under and hope members of our Huttcross whanau are pulling through OK. We figure some community racing would be welcomed by many so here's what we've pulled together for the rest of winter...

Saddle up for a 4-race club series from the biggest CX club in the land. We’ll run to the same popular format as in 2019 with C, B and A Grade racing at 4 unique venues across the Hutt Valley.

Our EPIC sponsors are all back for another year. Crucial Custom Cycles and Wheelworks Handcrafted Wheels will be offering banger spot prizes again. So, you could be one of the lucky people to take home a custom frameset or custom wheelset at the end of the season. Johnsonville Cycles will be back providing neutral pit support and Wellington MTB Shuttles will be bringing the trailer flyover and helping us build some stuff for ACXF.

You will also see a mad cool purple gazebo with lightning bolts for our rego tent. The storm of Ngati Tama crushed the old gazebo but the crew at Faultline Coffee helped us get a full deep custom version.

Mighty CX can now enter the series online and also have their own major prize sponsor with Porirua Motor Body Repair sponsoring a top end kids bike for one lucky grom.

ONETIME will be back providing electronic chip timing with some updated features…like separate results for CX versus MTB.

Finally, the price structure will remain unchanged. Fundamentally, we want to provide cyclocross racing for the community and keep it as accessible as possible. The best way to support us in this goal is to become a club member. Annual club membership is open until 17th May 2020 and costs $75. All club members race the Huttcross Series for FREE, get 4 entries to the spot prize draw (regardless of the number events you end up riding in) and also get to support NZ's biggest cyclocross club in the process! Alternatively, it’s $25 per play for non-members. Mighty CX is cheap as chups at $5 per event cos ultimately we want to see more kids on bikes.

• 9:00am Registration desk opens
• 9:30am Course practice (30 min)
• 10:00am C Grade (30 min)
• 10:40am Mighty Cross (20 min)
• 11:00am Mini Cross (10 min)
• 11:15am Registration closes (after this time, you can still collect your chip if you entered online)
• 11:30am B Grade (45 min)
• 12:15pm Course practice (15 min)
• 12:30pm A Grade (60 min) – CX bikes only
