This is a fun run & walk on the Remutaka Rail trail through the Remutaka Ranges. All courses are predominately off-road. The rail trail rises from 254m above sea level at the start, along a steady gradient <1 in 40 until the bridge at Ladle Bend. Just past the 14k turnaround drink-stop (7k point) and just before the Summit the course takes a small loop turn and then returns back down to the Incline Track on the return journey. This is a scenic and historic route that can be negotiated by any reasonably fit person. Water and refreshments will be available at the finish. There will also be a coffee cart near the Kart Club clubroom.

However, if for some reason you are unable to participate in an event then your entry fee is transferable to next years event, provided you inform event organisers a week prior to the event date. Individual Entries are transferable between individuals for no cost this year. Please apply for transfers via email request.

Another option available is refund insurance during the registration process which will give you a full refund if you have circumstances that require you to pull out of the event. This is managed by an external insurance company. Check out the providers T&C's for more info.

Groups will need to enter all their group members at the same time during the registration process. Discounts will be removed during check out.
