Awesome Akatarawas

This course has very quickly become one of ours and your favourites. With it's epic views, diverse terrain and killer hills this course provides everything you want in a trail run.  A diverse mix of MTB tracks, horse trails, open field running and bush, and gives you magnificent views out over the sea towards Kapiti Island. Whilst still being an XTERRA course, it's probably our least technical venue so if you know a novice trail runner bring them along. It's also an ideal venue if you are considering stepping up a distance, although watch out for Misery Hill on the long course, it's a killer.
